This sub-sub-series consists of a selection of photographs chosen by the official photographers that relate to activities or events attended by Stephen Harper as Prime Minister of Canada for the month of February 2011.

It includes photographs of Stephen Harper's meeting with United States President Barack Obama in Washington, DC (February 4) and Stephen Harper's announcement of the imposition of sanctions against Libya (February 27). It also includes photographs of Stephen Harper's phone calls discussing the situation in Libya with the following heads of state: New Zealand Prime Minister John Key, United Kingdom Prime Minister David Cameron, France Prime Minister François Fillon, and US President Barack Obama (February 22-28).

The sub-sub-series also depicts the ceremony in Rideau Hall where the design of the Diamond Jubilee Medal was unveiled (February 3), the official opening of the 2011 Canada Winter Games in Halifax, Nova Scotia (February 11) and Stephen Harper's announcement of the new Citizen's Arrest and Self-Defence Act in Toronto (February 17).
