Julien, Francis Hermengilde, 1888- : Francis Hermengilde Julien, regimental number 829260, was born at Chateau Richer, Québec on 13 February 1888. He attested into the Canadian Expeditionary Force at Winnipeg on 30 November 1915. He served in France with the 8th Battalion and was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant in October 1918. Francis Julien returned to Canada at the end of the war.
