File consists of documents and photographs from Ian Reilly's career as a representative for the Boot and shoe Workers' Union (BSWU). Photographs depict the Canadian delegation to the last BSWU convention (1977), delegates to a BSWU convention (before 1977), Mr. Reilly on a picket line in strike against Bata (1970s), an informal portrait photograph of Mr. Reilly (1970s), and a portrait of former BSWU president John Mara (1960s-1970s). Documents include a submission of the Shoe Manufacturers' Association of Canada to the Canadian Trade and Tariffs Committee (April 1975) and a presentation to the International Labour Organization (ILO) technical meeting for the leather and footwear industry (Dec. 1979).
