A daily journal of occurrences kept between May 28th, 1848 to October 18th, 1849 at Fort Selkirk. Journal also contains lists of transactions, orders, accounts, inventories, expenditures and receipts for the outfit from 1847 to 1850. Fort Selkirk, a Hudson's Bay Company (HBC) Trading Post, is located at the confluence of the Lewis (now known as Yukon) and Pelly rivers. The journal was kept by Robert Campbell (Clerk) and James G. Stewart (Assistant Clerk).
