"This is to certify that the proceeds for 1891 for the above fund bequeathed by Sir Roderick I. Murchison, for the encouragement of scientific travellers and authors of Geographical memoirs were awarded by the Council of the Society to Mr. William Ogilvie for his two years' continuous explorations in the Mackenzie and Yukon region of British North-West America."
