Canada Lands Company (Mirabel) Limited : The Canada Lands Company (Mirabel) Limited, incorporated on April 9 1981 under the Canada Business Corporations Act (CBCA), was a wholly owned subsidiary of Canada Lands Company Limited (CLCL). This Crown corporation was mandated to "administer ... and sell on behalf of the Crown properties peripheral to the Mirabel airport", that is the Montreal-Mirabel International Airport (note that the administration of these properties included activities pertaining to the development of its peripheral lands).
This subsidiary of the CLCL ceased operations in April 1991 and was dissolved on January 8, 1992 through a certificate of dissolution delivered in accordance with the provisions of the CBCA.
