This series consists of the period during which André Burelle served as a speech writer for and advisor to Ministers of Communications Gérard Pelletier (1974-1975) and Jeanne Sauvé (1975-1977), and Prime Minister Pierre Elliott Trudeau (1977-1984). Among other things, the records in the series deal with Gérard Pelletier's cultural policy, the 1980 referendum, and the patriation of the Constitution in 1982.
