The records in this sub-series consist of files of Royal Air Force and Commonwealth personnel participating in the British Commonwealth Air Training Plan. The records were created and maintained by the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF). Shortly after the Second World War, the Department of National Defence (DND) microfilmed these records as microfilm Job 40. After filming, DND destroyed the original paper files.
