This file contains architectural and design drawings of the Switzerland pavilion which was designed and built for Expo 67. This was intended as a temporary foreign government-sponsored pavilion located in Expo Area: Ile Sainte-Hélène. The building featuerd exhibitions of works of art on the ground floor and a main exhibition space on the second floor. It also contained a 500-seat auditorium, a three level restaurant and an exterior dining area. The owner/contracting body of the structure was the Government of Switzerland (Swiss Office for the Development of Trade). The design architect was Werner Gantenbein, Zurich, Switzerland; the local associate architects were George F. Eber, Montreal and George Banz, Toronto.
