Series pertains to Malcolm Sheraton Kuhring's role in the British Intelligence Objectives Subcommittee's (B.I.O.S) study of enemy science and technology and the start of the National Aviation Museum.

Series includes correspondence, schedules, and reports of Kuhring's trip to Germany on behalf of the BI.O.S. to test enemy equipment and acquire objects and information as part of a study of enemy science and technology. A full report by Kuhring documenting the investigation in Germany is also included.

Series also consists of activities related to museum preparations, including correspondence, progress reports, and the original display labels and text. More specifically, the serie contains a draft for the Cabinet of the Canadian government for the establishment of the museum, notes and suggestions on the arrangement of the museum, development of displays, engine lists, and financial statements.

Additionally, the series includes a report by Kuhring, "The National Aviation Museum", which outlines the work and history behind the museum's opening. Also included is a technical drawing of a sketch of the museum layout.

Lastly, the series includes notes for the curator that detail objects to obtain for the museum.
