This sub sub-series is filed chronologically by the date of the conference. Content is much the same as the Washington Speakers Bureau sub-series, others could be in Speeches. A few files, such as the Nova Scotia PC Party Fundraising Dinner - Halifax - 29 May 2002, have considerable correspondence and speech drafts, others have notes of interest (letter from Gorbachev in "State of the World Forum, the Gorbachev Foundation; notes from George Bush Sr. in "Forum on Cold War", "Hofstra University", "Southern Illinois University" and the "Earth Week Gala Dinner"; and a note from Gerald Ford in "AEI World Forum").
*There is little to distinguish between the Washington Speakers Bureau, Speeches and Conferences sub-series, other than the designation of WSB and other. The material is all very similar and in some cases, there are files for the same speech/conference/trip in the separate sub-series. (Also of possible interest is the variety of material used for scribbling handwritten notes for speeches, down to magazine pages and airsick bags.
