This sub-series includes material that relate to MBM's position as a board member, chair or co-chair for different companies and organizations from 1992-2009. The material is filed alphabetically by the name of the organization or company. The files contain briefing material for Board of Directors meetings, emails re meeting location and time, some correspondence between directors, and flight and hotel bookings for out-of-town meetings. In some cases, "corporate affairs" files were included, dealing mainly with stock options, employee surveys, year-end reports. Correspondence files are mostly emails to MBM, copying him on board business taking place between other directors. There is little in the way of return correspondence from MBM.
