Sub-series consists of correspondence, notes, memos, and submissions on various themes, both from individuals and from corporate entities.
There are several files which seem to be related to Kaplan's Parliamentary Secretary responsibility area with Health and Welfare, for example, his manuscript on the arctic weight-loss discovery, and material on amateur sport. Anti-inflation, finance and bank reform files relate to Finance.
