This series consists of minutes from meetings of the National Executive Committee (NEC). The NEC was responsible for administering the business and affairs of the Federation. Initially the committee comprised twelve individuals, although in the later years anywhere between five and twelve members made up the committee. The NEC constitution prescribed monthly meetings, though some years the committee met more or less frequently.
