This accession consists of a single volume report prepared by B. Evan Parry of the Division of Hospitalization and Sanitation on the facilities required to care for the "feebleminded". The report discusses the nature of mental handicaps, the care required for such individuals, and various types of institutions. The report includes pictures, plans and drawings of various institutions; the final pages of the report consist of a series of large architectural plans for existing institutions.
