Collection search - Property management records of National Harbours Board, Port of Vancouver, Real Estate Department [textual record]

This accession is composed of two distinct groups of records. The first group consists of three boxes of maps, drawings, and sounding rolls. These items involve the expansion of the Centennial Pier, the boundaries of the harbour headline, and the measurement of depth soundings in the area around the Second Narrows Bridge.
The second part of this accession contains two ledgers which relate to the management of property owned by the Vancouver Port Corporation and its predecessor agency, the National Harbours Board. These ledgers provide detailed property information on individual lots including, but not limited to, the legal description of the property and the details involved in its acquisition. Each property record is usually accompanied by a survey drawing of the lot.

These records were originally held in British Columbia. They were transferred to the National Capital Region in 2016 and are available for consultation there.
