Scott, Andy, 1955- : Robert Andrew "Andy" Keith Scott, P.C. 1955-2013. Elected in 1993 to represent Fredericton, New Brunswick, he continued to represent the community through 5 elections. Appointed Solicitor General of Canada 1997.06.11 he resigned the position 1998.11.22. In 2003 he was appointed Minister of State (Infrastructure) and in 2004 was named Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development and Federal Interlocutor for Métis and Non-Status Indians, the latter positions he would hold until 2006. He was also Regional Minister for New Brunswick in 1997-1998 and 2004-2006.
