Accession consists of records created and/or maintained by the Transportation Safety Board. Records consist of dual-sided bilingual posters and a French and English brochure intended to raise awareness about TSB's SECURITAS Program. SECURITAS is a continuing confidential reporting system that allows individuals to file reports about unsafe transportation acts and conditions directly with TSB. The Program was designed to give workers a confidential reporting tool in cases where they either feel uncomfortable filing reports with their employer, or their employer does not have an official reporting system in place.

The brochures provide in-depth information, explaining what the Program is, how it works, and what kinds of situations could be reported. The brochures are titled "The Confidential Transportation Safety Reporting Program SECURITAS - Sharing your Safety Experience / Le programme de rapports confidentiels sur la sécurité des transports SECURITAS - Vous voulez parler sécurité?"

The posters include less information and are aimed at specific audiences, for marine, rail, or air personnel. They read ''The Confidential Transportation Safety Reporting Program SECURITAS - Share your safety experience / Le programme de rapports confidentiels sur la sécurité des transports SECURITAS - Vous voulez parler sécurité?" They are followed by a message listing a series of occupations in the field (marine, rail, air). At the bottom of the poster the reader is provided the contact information for the Program.
