The accession includes, but is not limited to records relating to the J.J.C. et al v. Garrand and the Oblates civil litigation concerning events at the Lower Post Indian Residential School, British Columbia. Also present are records relating to the Lax Iw'alamms Development Corporation and a judicial review instigated by the Shushwap Nation.
