The series contains the textual records, in hard copy and in electronic format, created in the production of the Great Law recital. There are correspondence and financial records dealing with the budgeting and the financing of the project. There are proposals for funding the proposed documentary, "Confederacy Voices." There are technical notes and post production records, along with extensive editing notes. Of particular value to researchers are transcripts of each day of the recital and of interviews conducted with various community individuals, including a chief in training, an older chief, and a traditional healer. This series also contains correspondence relating to some legal and copyright questions arising from the creation of this production.
