The b&w safety negatives can be found in CANADA. DEPT. OF NATIONAL DEFENCE 1967-052: box DND / 103 (items EC-1 to EC-1912); box DND / 104 (items EC-1913 to EC-7212).

Original envelopes are found in CANADA. DEPT. OF NATIONAL DEFENCE 1971-282 box 55 (items EC1 - 599) and CANADA. DEPT. OF NATIONAL DEFENCE 1967-052 box 56 (items EC600 to EC7212). Nitrate photos are found in box RV5 / 112 (items EC-34 to EC-2557).

Contact sheets are found in: box 217 (items EC1835 to 1886, EC1900 to 1999, EC7000 to 7400) and box 218 (items EC7401 to 7697, EC8000 to 8285).

Custodial history:

Part of the EC prefix material was transferred in 1967, as part of accession 1967-052, and the remainder of the material was transferred in 2008 along with other analogue photography from the National Defence Image Library, Canadian Forces Joint Imagery Centre (NDIL / CFJIC).
