Collection search - Administrative records of the Consumer Products Branch relating to the Food Industry [textual record]

Accession consists of records created and/or maintained by the Consumer Products Branch of Consumer and Corporate Affairs Canada (CCAC).

The accession includes, but is not limited to, records relating CCAC's interactions with the food industry such as acts and legislation, economic impact studies, regulation, celebrations, food industry liaison meetings, interdepartmental committees, food labelling, the nutrition advisory committee, the nutritional education committee, Nitrites and Nitrosamines, the retail food division, the metric commission, and ministerial correspondence as well as provincial, national and international co-operation and liaison files.
