The Canadian Carpet Institute was a national non-profit trade association representing the carpet manufacturing industry in Canada. It was formed in 1963 and shut its doors in 2014.

Custodial history:

The material in this accession was transferred to the custody of Documents Etcetera, who took over management of the institute in August 2009 after long-time executive director Jean-Claude Carisse retired.
