Griffiths, Anthony J.F : Anthony J.F. Griffiths was president of the GSC from 1987 to 1989. He was a director of the GSC (1976 to 1977) and received the Society's award of excellence (1997). He was a professor at the University of British Columba, Vancouver, British Columbia; his research included the developmental genetics of fungi.
