The recording begins with the press conference having just started, with UN Secretary General Kofi Annan introducing Paul Martin (Prime Minister of Canada) and Ernesto Zedillo (President of Mexico), the two co-chairs of the UN Commission on the the Private Sector & Development. Paul Martin speaks first, and introduces the Commission's report, " Unleashing Entrepreneurship: Making Business Work for the Poor". Paul Martin is followed by Ernesto Zedillo, although footage then jumps to the end of the presentation, where Paul Martin, Ernesto Zedillo and Mark Malloch Brown (UN administrator for the Development Program) answer over 30 minutes worth of questions. <48mn>
