Shrybman has written a new legal opinion on for the Council of Canadians and the Indigenous Environmental Network on how a proposed Canada-European Union free trade agreement would impact the development and regulation of tar sands production. The news conference follows a meeting hosted by the Indigenous Environmental Network with Members of the European Parliament (MEPs) and representatives from various First Nations communities impacted by the tar sands.
