This sub-series documents the activities of Hélène Chalifour-Scherrer, Prime Minister Paul Martin's principal secretary from 2004 to 2006, as well as her staff. The principal secretary, number two in the Prime Minister's Office after the chief of staff, is one of the Prime Minister's most important advisors.
The sub-series contains electronic documents that were found on employees' personal drives, as well as some employees' emails (1,341 emails in total) and electronic agendas.

Arrangement note:

The archivists maintained the original file arrangement during processing.
The emails boxes and the electronic agendas (Outlook calendars) were entirely kept. No selection or reorganization was done to the PST files.
