News conference by Alex Scholten, President of the Canadian Convenience Stores Association (CCSA), about contraband tobacco in Canada and its damaging effect on municipalities, as well as about the proposed change to the border with the U.S. at Cornwall, Ontario and the effects this will have on local retailers and the contraband trade as a whole.
