Collection search - Laboratory analysis reports and product complaints of the Health Protection Branch, Pacific Region [textual record]

This accession consists of two distinct types of files from the Pacific regional office of the Health Protection Branch: reports of analysis, documenting the laboratory analysis of questioned foodstuffs for decomposition or adulterants, as well as Consumer Product Complaint files, containing completed Product Complaint forms. Both sets of files are arranged chronologically and are further broken down unto three result categories: Satisfactory, Unsatisfactory, and Investigate. The same two types of files are found in accessions V1985-86/436 and V1986-87/250.

These records were originally held in British Columbia. They were transferred to the National Capital Region in 2016 and are available for consultation there.
