News conference with Minister of Finance Paul Edgar Philippe Martin and Minister of National Revenue Jane Stewart in the National Press Theatre in Ottawa, concerning the harmonization of the Goods and Services Tax (GST) with the provincial sales taxes from some Atlantic provinces and compensation that will be given to them.
