This sub sub series contains files that reflect the many ethics issues raised when Paul Martin was Canada's Prime Minister and how he and his team responded to those issues. The documents were gathered and assembled by his chief of staff, Tim Murphy.

These files cover subjects including Canada Steamship Lines (CSL), Earnscliffe Strategy Group, the recusal process for the Prime Minister, conflicts of interest, the trust for Paul Martin's leadership campaign, the Ethics Counsellor and the Ethics Commissioner.
