This sub-series documents the activities of the communications and correspondence service of the Prime Minister's Office (PMO) during Paul Martin's term as the Prime Minister of Canada, from December 2003 to February 2006. The sub-series primarily includes correspondence addressed to the Prime Minister and processed by the PMO. The sub-series also contains working papers and email boxes of some communications and correspondence employees.

The sub-series contains incoming and outgoing correspondence, administrative documents, emails, and the database including the correspondence management and tracking system used by the PMO.
