Outreach Program initiated projects that supported job creation activities of the department. The projects seem most often to be oriented to career counselling and guidance in order to enable clients using the services offered by these projects' personnel to better avail themselves of the fuller Employment services of EIC. These projects were therefore private "outreach" from the department. Each project is documented by several files (agreements, working files, monthly reports, and much routine financial information), bunched and labelled together. See also V87-88/286.

These records were originally held in British Columbia. They were transferred to the National Capital Region in 2016 and are available for consultation there.
