General note:

Accession consists of records created and/or maintained by the Royal Canadian Mint, including files from the President's Office and from the VP Marketing and Sales Office. Other subjects include special events and coin launches (including the 2000 millenium twenty-five cents series and the Jubilee Program) while the pre-1948 files pertain to marketing coin issues.

Photographs have been removed from the textual material and are in R726, volumes 162-166.

1 music CD (includes bonus DVD), "Thank God for Poppies" by Hughes & Wilson was removed from the accession and transferred to the national library collection.
