Series contains project files for the Festival of Authors and reading series as well as special events such as tributes (to Brian Moore, W.O. Mitchell, for example), benefits, dinners, thematic events, panels, the World Poetry Festival, Harbourfront Festival Prize, and a literary television series and literary magazine. Files are grouped by date.

Documents include correspondence, reports (expenses, ticket sales), a file of speeches, notes, schedules, itineraries, invitation lists, calendar, schedules, telephone messages, layouts, illustrations, proofs and some clippings and printed advertising used to plan the events and their publicity. Also includes author photographs, photographs of a damaged van, a film still and a group photograph.
