Collection search - Canada Immigration Centre, Vancouver Metro Chinese Case Files, XY Series [textual record]

These records are Chinese case files accumulated and, in the vast majority of cases, created in the Vancouver Regional Office of the Immigration Branch. While a very few documents on the earlier files date back to the 1950's and 1960's the great bulk of the material is from the 1969-1980 period. While the files have been renumbered in the XY series on the list provided, the file jackets bear the prefixes PCH or 5133-CH. The individuals concerned are or were residents of British Columbia.

These records were originally held in British Columbia. They were transferred to the National Capital Region in 2016 and are available for consultation there.
