1. Most of this material is actuality footage over 50 years - copyright expired.~2. Bud Fisher, the creator of the Comic Section, died in 1954 - copyright expired.~3. Partial conversion only. The balance of the nitrate was not salvageable in any form. Damage was such that a minimum of half of every frame was missing. No complete titles were legible.
