Paul Edgar Philippe Martin (Paul Martin), P.C., Minister of Finance and Member of Parliament for LaSalle-Émard (QC) and the Hon. Sheila Maureen Copps, (Sheila Copps). P.C. Copps was the Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Canadian Heritage and Member of Parliament for the riding of Hamilton East (ON).
