Yves et Gabriel sont adolescents et meilleurs amis. Ils vivent à Saint-Hyacinthe. Un soir qu’ils sont dans un état second dû à l’alcool et à des champignons magiques, ils saccagent une maison puis bousculent le seul témoin, un voisin qui décède dans sa chute.
