1. Other extent, physical details information: 1 audio disc : acetate, 1 side, 33 rpm ; 40 cm in diam.~2. The annotation "Neil Chotem Montreal Canada" has been added in pencil to the audio disc label. Recording is no doubt a compilation of Neil Chotem arrangements performed under his direction. The third work may be his Stephen Foster Medley.~3. Cuts 1, 5, 6, and 7 are empty. Only cuts 2 to 4 have audio content.~4. Needle skips at tracking weight of 2.0 grams. Increasing to 3.0 grams eliminates almost all skips.~5. Noted on the label are the CBC serial number 32578 and the requisition number 6149.~6. The label gives 20 February 1951 as the date of recording. This may be the date of creation of this dub from tape. ~7. Under "date of broadcast", the label states "Future use".
