1. Other extent, physical details information: 1 audio reel : polyester, 7.5 ips ; 13 cm in diam.~2. The Hockey Theme is also known as The Hockey Night in Canada Theme. Composed by Dolores Claman in 1968, it served as the theme for the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation television series Hockey Night in Canada until 2008.~3. The label on the audio reel box is from Quartet Productions Limited of Don Mills, Ontario. The titles of 8 other compositions are also listed, and scratched out, on the label; apparently they were originally on the audio reel, and were later removed. The label also bears the handwritten comment "(1st Pt only)" beside the title "N.H.L. Closing". The name "Dolores" is written at the top, and the name "Rhonda Silver" is also written on the label but is scratched out.~4. Leadered at heads end and following the recorded music.
