Aboriginal Urban Initiative : The Aboriginal Urban Initiative is an employment, training and economic development initiative funded thought Human Resources Development Canada (HRDC). Criteria to the funding requires that initiatives result in job creation. All proposals are assessed by the AUI project review Committee, which consist of representatives from each PTA, and a national representative. The AUI is the responsibility of the AUI Coordinator.
