Many files of this sub-series illustrate the involvement of the NAFC with the National Consultation on Career Development and with the new Employment Equity Act and regulations as they apply to Aboriginal peoples, as well as with the Human Resources Development Canada's Pathways to Success national program. This series contains correspondence, memorandums and reports regarding Strategic Think Tank meetings, and the Aboriginal Strategic Initiatives Program, a program to fund innovative approaches to train and getting people back to work.
