Sound recording of: Fantaisie sur des airs de Gilles Vigneault (composed by Gilles Vigneault, arranged by Neil Chotem); the movements Autumn, Foothills, and Coastal Mountains, from the suite Camera on Canada (comp. Chotem). The music is preceded by the opening annoucement for radio station CKVL-FM's special broadcast of a recent concert by the singer Pauline Julien at Place des arts, Montreal, with musicians from the Orchestre symphonique de Montréal under the direction of Chotem. <17mn 32s>

1. Other extent, physical details information: 1 audio reel : polyester, 7.5 ips ; 18 cm in diam.~2. No applause is heard before or after the musical performances.~3. The audio reel is housed in a box bearing a Canadian Broadcasting Corporation / Société Radio-Canada label with the title "Concert Populaire" and the date 1 June 1978. However, this may not be relevant to the contents of the audio reel: internet sources indicate that CKVL-FM (in its first incarnation) changed its name to CKOI in December 1976; moreover, CKVL-FM was not affiliated with the CBC-SRC.
