The series informs the issues which the government of the Ontario faced between 1987 and 1990, mainly as regards the protection of the plans of pensions of certain categories of employees and the labor market in Ontario in a more general way.

This series consists of subject files created by Chaviva Hosek while she seated as member of Legislative Assembly of Ontario for the riding of Oakwood under the liberal government of David R. Peterson. These files contain some received and sent correspondence, notes of telephone, diversified reference documents, handwritten notes, and other.

Conservation:

The records of this series are in excellent general condition, and robust measures were taken to preserve them: all metal pieces were removed, newspaper clippings were removed and replaced with photocopies, records in a fragile state of preservation were also photocopied, etc. Lastly, records were removed from their original folders and placed in acid-free folders.

Arrangement note:

The files of this series are classified in alphabetical order. This order was made by the archivist.

The records of this series are in French and English.
