The sheets indicate: (1) North and west elevation NMC108907 -- (2) Fireplace elevation, front door elevation, various sections and details NMC108908 -- (3) First and second floor plans, various sections and elevation NMC108909. Built of brick with stone quoins and trim in 1832. The original owner was Richard Woodruff, now it is owned by the Woodruff family who operated the first steam-driven grist mill in Upper Canada. Important features; T-plan, main entry with side lights and fan has corresponding window at second floor, good original interior trim.
