General note:

The sheets show (1) Front and end elevations, second and ground floor plans, section, window elevation (NMC 108965) -- (2) Fireplace elevation and plan, baseboard detail, fireplace mantle, front door elevations, head and jamb sections (NMC 108966). The brick structure was built circa 1793. It is a Georgian Town House which was rebuilt after the War of 1812 with an added east section. It is not known how much was rebuilt on the earlier walls. Owned by D. Robert Kerr who was a prominent citizen in the early 19th. century. Note that on descriptive sheet "date measured" is 1964.
