(NMC 109129) -- (2) Basement floor plan (NMC 109130) -- (3) First floor plan (NMC 109131) -- (4) West elevation, south elevation (NMC 109132) -- (5) East elevation (NMC 109133) -- (6) Base elevation, head elevation, basement column details, plan (NMC 109134) -- (7) Front door and window elevations (NMC 109135). In 1825 William Merrick built this stone structure. It was part of a Mill complex that used a single flunce. In 1859 the mill was converted into a foundry. There is much added and a lot of alterations have been made to this building.
