Date of [1815] given because "New Ship housed in" refers to the New Orleans, which was housed in only after the declaration of peace in late Dec. 1814.
These three plans (one a copy of the other) show the fortifications in Sackets Harbor. Sackets Harbor was an important American naval base on Lake Ontario.
