This Plan is according to Instructions from the Sureyors General's Office dated January 12th 1829 directing to give equal width to all the lots from number one to twenty four inclusively and 60 links in width as an allowance for each road. This last Survey is not charged for in my Accompts. See my plan of Survey No. 1 where I was directed on the 10th Sept. 1828 to make the width of the lots 21 chains 50 links and the allowance for Road one chain to each where by I was obliged to re chain and repost the whole of the four Concessions laid out by me on the year 1828.
